Green Lipped Mussel Plus capsules contain a concentrate of New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel, Vitamin E, Chromium, Copper, Manganese, Selenium and Zinc. These New Zealand green-lipped mussels contain valuable nutrients and building blocks. Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues. Zinc plays a role in the process of cell division and contributes to normal protein synthesis.

Dosage
As a food supplement take 3 capsules a day, all at once or spread over the day.
