Blackcurrant and Plantain Phytostandard® is a food supplement based on blackcurrant ( Ribes nigrum L. ) and plantain ( Plantago lanceolata L. ) extracts.

The blackcurrant and plantain extracts are obtained using the patented Phytostandard® process recognized for its respect for the integrity of the plant's compounds. Before extraction using this process, the blackcurrant and plantain leaves were harvested fresh, then frozen and ground in order to preserve their compounds.

Plantain has anti-histamine and anti-infective activities. Blackcurrant is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. The synergistic action of these two plants makes it a good remedy against seasonal allergies.

Usage tips :

In the event of an acute crisis: 3 to 4 tablets per day, as soon as the first signs appear, then for 7 to 10 days.

In prevention: 1 to 2 tablets per day, for 15 to 30 days, to swallow with a large glass of water.
