Clary sage, by its estrogen-mimetic effects, would compensate for the effects due to the drop in estrogen during this period of life. In addition, its proven antiperspirant action reduces excessive perspiration.

Alfafa also has estrogenic properties.

Directions for use : Take 5 ml of the mixture 1 to 2 times a day. A cure of 3 months is recommended.
