Using advice :

During a tendency to colds (prevention):

Children from 4 years old: 1 tablet 3 times a day, to be dissolved in the mouth or taken with a little liquid about 1/2 hour before meals.

Teenagers from 12 years old: 2 tablets 3 times a day, to be dissolved in the mouth or taken with a little liquid about 1/2 hour before meals.

In case of cold or feverish state:

Children from 4 years old: 1 tablet 3 to 5 times a day, to dissolve in the mouth or to take with a little liquid.

Teenagers from 12 years old: 2 tablets 3 to 5 times a day, to let dissolve in the mouth.
