• Lactic ferments (3 billion bacteria per capsule): Lactobacillus helveticus R0052, Bifidobacterium infantis R0033 and Bifidobacterium bifidum R0071

How to use PHARMALP DEFENSES ?

• In winter : 1 capsule (to be swallowed with a glass of water) per day, for 10 consecutive days per month, for 3 months.
• If needed : 3 capsules per day for 3 days.
