Natural omega-3 fatty acids for your health
Omega-3 fatty acids form a separate group within the unsaturated fatty acids. They are part of the essential fatty acids and are therefore vital. But the organism cannot produce them itself. They were formerly called vitamin F. Fish oil is a source of natural and valuable omega-3 fatty acids, the main representatives of which are EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). In addition, Alpinamed fish oil capsules contain natural vitamin E. This helps protect cells against oxidative stress.

Dosage
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules daily, all at once or spread over the day. The soft capsules are pleasant to swallow.
