Each Alpinamed Borage Oil capsule contains 500mg of pure oil, obtained by gentle pressing of high quality Borage seeds (Borago officinalis) combined with naturally occurring Vitamin E.

Dosage
As a food supplement take 3 capsules a day, all at once or spread over the day.
