Food supplement based on nigella oil (black cumin) and vitamin E
Each Alpinamed Black Seed Oil capsule contains 500mg of pure oil, obtained by gentle pressing of high quality Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa) from Egypt combined with naturally occurring Vitamin E. Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress. The soft capsules are purely vegan and pleasant to swallow.

Dosage
As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules daily, all at once or spread over the day.
